Specifications   

In order to get the best results in the least amount of time, please make every effort to be sure your incoming work meets these specifications. If sending and order or a file via e-mail, always type in �PRINT THIS� in the subject box of your outgoing e-mail.

File Formats -  We accept the following formats: 
  • Adobe Acrobat - PDF*
  • Adobe Illustrator � up to version 10.0
  • Adobe Photoshop files
  • Adobe InDesign � up to version 2.0
  • Adobe Pagemaker � up to version 6.5
  • Quark Express � up to version 6.1
  • Adobe Acrobat files (PDF)
  • Microsoft Office files � Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Microsoft Publisher files
* For fastest service, send your job as a PDF.

Data Storage
- Files can be given to us via:
  • Email
  • CD/DVD
  • Zip Disk
  • Ask about FTP transfer
File Preparation:
  • Any or all colors that need to be matched must be specified either in the file or on the order.
  • A proof, whether it be a printout, a PDF, or a Jpeg, should be supplied with the job for reference. This is so we have something to go by if things do not look right or if we have problems with any files.
  • Any Quark, Illustrator, InDesign, Pagemaker, Word, Publisher and PDF files MUST be accompanied by all fonts and images that are used in the art files. Please supply EVERYTHING that is used in the art so prepress time can be kept to minimum. If you have any questions on how to do this, please give us a call.
When Placing an Order Please Make Sure:
  • Specific instructions for jobs are clearly stated on order.
  • Shipping instructions, address, contact name and phone number are stated on order.
  • Quantities/number of different pieces and sizes are stated on order.
